Why isn't there tracking information in my order?

Why didn't my order qualify for FREE Shipping?

Free Shipping

To take advantage of FREE Shipping:

All products shipped to those countries via Priority International Shipping, and in some instances product shipped via Standard or Expedited International Shipping, are included in the program and an import fees deposit is collected with them.
